Solid Stay Near the Lake
usable kitchen laundry facilities helpful team good meal
My stay included a usable kitchen. Laundry facilities were good. The team was helpful across the board. I enjoyed a good meal at the restaurant.
The insulation between floors was lackluster. I heard my upstairs neighbor every time a drawer was opened. I heard them close their bathroom door. I heard all of that through earplugs.

The one bedroom apartment lake view was spacious. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony offered great views. It made relaxing in the room easy.

hotel shuttle underground garage free parking cold plates overcrowded room poor breakfast
i stayed in a superior king room and found it quite spacious. the hotel provides a shuttle into town every hour, really useful. also, the free parking in the two underground garages was very convenient.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing for the price. The room felt overcrowded. i noticed the plates were cold, which wasn't ideal at this level of hotel. plus, the sun didn't really reach my balcony, so it was quite cold even during the day.

bathroom absence amenities deficiency
the staff was satisfactory I cannot deny.
The room I booked was a two-bedroom apartment lake view, the photos presented online were deceiving. A real misrepresentation, for a two-bedroom lodging that carries a five-star rating, the absence of at least two bathrooms is a notable deficiency in amenities.
